Welcome to Kneeggas Gotta Go. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at kneeggasgottago.com and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). 1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, taking the questionnaire, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.

2. Description of Service

Kneeggas Gotta Go provides a personalized country-ranking tool that scores 81 countries across 21 life categories based on your stated preferences and identity factors. The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, immigration, tax, or professional advice of any kind.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at admin@kneeggasgottago.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without express written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or any other harmful content

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the proprietary scoring algorithm, country data, design, text, graphics, and code — are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from the Service without our express written permission.

7. Third-Party Content and Advertising

The Service may display third-party advertisements served by Google AdSense and other partners. These advertisements are not endorsements by us. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party advertisers. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

Country data on the Service is derived from publicly available sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We specifically disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• The country rankings, scores, or data are accurate, complete, or current
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected
• The results obtained from using the Service will meet your expectations

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed fifty U.S. dollars ($50) or the amount you paid us in the past twelve months, whichever is greater.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Florida, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in Florida.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by providing additional notice (such as a notice on the Service). Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

• Legal Entity: The Service is owned and operated by Semonae LLC. All references to "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms refer to Semonae LLC, doing business as Kneeggas Gotta Go.
